    C. Hosting of our website

    We use the hosting services of netcup GmbH (Daimlerstraße 25, 76185 Karlsruhe, Germany), for the purpose of hosting and displaying our website. netcup does so on the basis of processing on our behalf, and that also means that all data collected on our website is processed on netcup's servers.The basis for processing is our legitimate interest, and the initiation and/or fulfillment of a contract.

    D. Fonts

    We use Google Fonts by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Pkwy, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA and Google Ireland Ltd of Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland on our website to display external fonts. To enable the display of certain fonts on our website, a connection to the Google server in the USA is established when our website is accessed. The connection to Google established when you call up our website enables Google to determine which website sent your request and to which IP address the display of the font is to be transmitted.     F. Support and Data Management

    For support and Data Management, we may store the data related to our users and customers (names, emails) using the Open Source Tool PocketBase in connection with our netcup server. No Personal Data is processed by PocketBase. This data processing is based on our legitimate interest in providing support and customer service.

    G. Downloading our Resources and Publications

    When you go ahead and download our Resources and Publications, your IP address is requested and logged for documentation purposes. This is a mere technical process and required to make our Resources and Publications available for download to your device or depending on your browser available for viewing. The basis for this storage is the provision of a contract and our legitimate interest.

    H. Shopping with us

    We process your first name, last name, e-mail address, birthday, billing and shipping address for the delivery of your order and e-mail address in case of event tickets and the data related to your contract with us to handle the contractual relationship.

    I. Payment Data

    If you make a purchase your payment will be processed via our payment service provider Stripe (354 Oyster Point Blvd South San Francisco, CA 94080, USA). Payment data will solely be processed through Stripe and we have no access to any Payment Data you may submit. The legal basis for the provision of a payment system is the establishment and implementation of the contract.

    J. Images and Facial-related information

    In providing our website and publishing our content we may process images and facial-related information from our service users, participants and representatives. Images and facial-related information are used and processed solely for the purpose explicitly consented to and we do not collect, use, or store any images and facial-related information for the purpose of recognising faces outside of this purpose.The legal basis is your consent.
