OBESSU membership

Dear students of the European schools, 

Cosup is excited to announce the official membership of the Organizing Bureau of European School's Students Union (OBESSU). OBESSU is the largest platform of cooperation between the national school student unions active in Europe.  

It was founded in April 1975 in Dublin, Ireland and brings together Member, Candidate and Affiliate Organizations from all over Europe. All Member Organizations are independent, national, representative and democratic school student organizations. 

Together all members represent the voices of students of all Europe and fight for a better education in Europe. 

CoSup approved joining OBESSU due to the opportunities it provides, including access to European student unions, participation in international events, survey distribution possibilities, and potential funding support.  

The decision was ultimately supported unanimously, as membership strengthens CoSup’s European engagement and institutional credibility.
