Terms and Conditions for Events by CoSup BoxOffice
- Ownership and Representation: Tickets are issued by CoSup BoxOffice, an official subsidiary of CoSup, on behalf of Pupils' Committees, CoSup and other School Committees within the European Schools (the "Promoters"). Tickets remain the property of these entities.
- Fees: Ticket purchases may include booking fees.
- Ticket Limits: Restrictions may apply to the number of tickets purchased per person to prevent unfair practices. Excess tickets may be canceled without notice.
- Responsibility: CoSup BoxOffice is not liable for lost or stolen tickets. Errors in ticket issuance must be reported promptly.
- Booking fees are non-refundable.
- It is the ticket holder's responsibility to verify event details and arrive on time. Entry to venues may close before the event's finish time.
- Tickets must be accompanied by valid ID (passport, national identity card or driving license). Photos of documents and School IDs are not accepted. School ID's might be requested to verify your student status.
- CoSup reserves the right to cancel or postpone the event due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, ticket buyers will be notified, and refunds may be issued at CoSup's discretion.
- Security searches may occur upon entry. Cloakrooms fall under the responsibilities of our venues.
- Entry is refused to anyone intoxicated, aggressive, or carrying prohibited items (e.g., weapons, drugs, or alcohol).
- Re-entry is not allowed once a ticket holder leaves the venue.
- Patrons are responsible for their personal property. Items confiscated for safety reasons will not be returned.
- No professional recording equipment is allowed without prior authorization.
- Exposure to loud sounds, strobe lighting, and smoke effects is a potential risk at events.
- Prohibited items include hi-vis clothing, imitation weapons, inflatables, flags, and items deemed dangerous by security.
- Disruptive or inappropriate behavior will result in ejection without a refund. Misbehavior may lead to bans from future events.
- Event attendees consent to photography and recording, which may be used for promotional purposes. Consent can be withdrawn by contacting CoSup. Your explicit consent is given on the event's consent forms.
- Attendees are responsible for their health and safety. CoSup is not liable for personal injuries, illnesses, or lost items.
- Security measures, including bag checks and ID verification, are mandatory.
- Ticket purchasers agree to the event's privacy policy and the ticket buyer agrees not to reproduce, distribute, or use any event-related content, including but not limited to logos, without the express written consent of CoSup.
- Ticket resale is prohibited at a price higher than the face value. CoSup reserves the right to cancel tickets and refuse entry to anyone found to be in violation of this policy.
- The event may have age restrictions, and the ticket buyer confirms that they and their guests meet any age requirements specified for the event.
- For events where transport is included as part of the ticket, the ticket buyer agrees to respect the form of transportation they have chosen and that they are obliged to accept the rules and regulations put forth by the promoters. The organisers have the right to deny entry to the transport if the ticket buyer poses a risk towards the safety and/or welfare of everyone.
- It is the ticket buyer's own responsibility to arrive at the transport checkpoint on time so as not to be late and/or miss transportation on the way to and back from the venue.
- CoSup reserves the right to update terms and conditions. Continued use of tickets implies acceptance of updates.
