CoSup Merchandise Design Competition Regulations:

1. Eligibility:

• The competition is open to all students currently enrolled in European schools.
• Participants must be currently enrolled students at the time of submission.

2. Submission Guidelines:

• Each participant may submit only one design.
• Designs must adhere to the theme: "Unite in Style."
• Designs must be original and not infringe upon any copyrights or trademarks.
• Designs must be submitted digitally in a high-resolution format (JPEG or PNG) via the dedicated form.

3. Design Specifications:

• Designs may be for any type of merchandise (e.g., t-shirts, hoodies, caps, bags).
• Designs should be visually appealing and reflect the theme creatively.
• Participants must provide a brief description explaining the inspiration behind their design.

4. Judging Criteria:

• Creativity and originality.
• Adherence to the theme.
• Aesthetic appeal.
• Overall design quality.

5. Privacy Policy:

• Participants' personal information collected during the competition will be used solely for the purpose of administering the competition and will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent.
• By submitting a design, participants consent to CoSup's use of their design for promotional purposes related to the competition.
• Participants have the right to request the deletion of their personal data at any time.

6. Prize:

• The winner will receive a €50 CoSup Voucher.
• The voucher can be redeemed for access to CoSup events such as Euronight and for purchasing CoSup merchandise on the CoSup website.
• The winner will be notified via the contact information provided during submission.

7. Submission Deadline:

• The deadline for submission is 18.03.2024.
• Late submissions will not be accepted.

8. Disqualification:

• Designs that violate any of the regulations or submission guidelines will be disqualified.
• Plagiarized or copyrighted designs will result in immediate disqualification.

9. Intellectual Property:

• Participants retain ownership of their designs; however, by submitting a design, participants grant CoSup the right to use, reproduce, and modify the design for promotional purposes related to the competition and future events.

10. Compliance:

• This competition complies with the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) regarding the collection, storage, and processing of personal data.

11. Modification of Regulations:

• CoSup reserves the right to modify or amend any regulations of the competition if necessary. Any changes will be communicated to participants promptly.

12. Agreement to Regulations:

• By submitting a design, participants agree to comply with all the regulations and guidelines outlined on this website.
